Sip phone calls
If you have access to internet in your house or small office, you should take advantage of our affordable
international calling services which range from free internet calls to cheap Pay As You Go units.
subscribe to our services and upon your first credit order, you will receive five (5) free virtue numbers which
we can assign to your friends or relatives. With our free softphone (which you can download from our
website), you can communicate for free amongst each other.

Calling card option
Never mind if you do not have access to the internet in your house. Our calling card option will serve you
right. When you buy credit from voIPKenya we shall assign you 12 digit calling card pin number. Check for
the nearest Worldwide voIP access number nearest you, dial into our gateway and you will be prompted to
provide the 12 digit calling card number and in seconds you will be speaking to the world freely

Email Services
Email services are available to all our registered subscribers with an account. All you
need to do is just request for an email address with your preferred names
(yourname@voipkenya.com). If you are an existing member, click here to access your
mail. Remember that your email address is your login name. You can always change your
password.

Voicemail
With Pay-as-you-go Calling Plan feature, if you are on the phone or you are unable to
answer a call, the system will send the caller to your voicemail box. Once there, they will
be able to record a voice message for you. When you have messages waiting, the system
will notify you by sending your phone a MWI (message waiting indication). Depending on
your phone, this will show up as a blinking light or a "stuttering" dial tone. Voicemail
messages will also be emailed to you as well as available by phone.
To access the voicemail system and retrieve your messages by phone, dial 8500. The
system will prompt you for your phone number and your password (PIN number). Your
original PIN number will be emailed to you when you sign up for service. Once in the
voicemail system, you can check your messages, record unavailable or busy messages,
change your PIN, etc. All features are accessed through voice prompts.
