The reseller model at voIPKenya is based on providing you, our resellers with the ability to build their own
VoIP service without having to invest in expensive technology and the surrounding costs. voIPKenya
resellers have total control of their business and can set their prices as they see fit. In addition, the
marketing of the service and all associated decisions are yours to make. We are here to help you every step
of the way but never tell you how to run your business or control your money. The clients pay you directly.

Are there any features that my subscribers cannot use?
All current features that are available on our web site are available to your users; we will launch new
features and modules from time to time and will always release them to the reseller channel in advance of a
full roll out. We will work with you to help determine which package and services are appropriate for your
market.

How do I pick the right products and services to sell?
A needs analysis of your market will determine what your customers want. One of our reseller support
representatives will work with you to design your product set and give you guidance on potential markets as
well as define services to offer your existing customers.

What kind of agreement do I enter with voIPKenya?
Our reseller agreement is simple and straight forward.

How do we move forward and join the voIPKenya Team?
If you haven’t already, go to http://www.voipkenya.com/Apply_to_be_a_reseller.html and enter your
company so that someone from our Reseller Team can contact you. If you have already requested
information on becoming a reseller just email info@voIPKenya.com and let them know you’re ready to go.

Once you decide to become a Certified Reseller, we will require a signed copy of the reseller agreement
before moving forward. Once that has been received, we will process and ship your demo kit as well as
email information to help you get going fast. We want you to quickly get comfortable with the equipment,
configuration and our services while you are waiting to receive the equipment.
